Merry Christmas!

We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! We certainly had a great holiday and got to enjoy time with James' sister's family. They arrived on Friday and stayed through Christmas day. The trip overall was excellent with only a couple of mishaps!! As you can see in our family photo, Ashley is sporting a shiner!! This was given to her by her 7 year old niece, Samantha, who accidentally head-butted her- ouch!! The next picture is of Kendall and her cousins, Megan, Samantha and Alex. You can see how much she loved them- she copied everything they did- and she was sad to see them leave. The bottom 2 pictures are just a couple of cute ones. Megan bought Kendall this beautiful bow for her hair- it's just the right size, don't you think? Mimi got Kendall this dress up outfit which she had to put on immediately after opening.

Let it Snow, Let it Snow!!

We are in the midst of a pretty big snow storm, with anywhere from 12-15 inches expected by the end of the day. We decided to let Kendall go out and see what she thought. As you can see she preferred just sitting or being held by daddy. She had a pretty rough time trying to walk in the snow which is depicted in the middle picture!

The Holidays!!

Here we are getting ready for the holidays. The first two pics are at the mall when we went to see Santa. She was very excited, then got very nervous by the time we had about 2 kids ahead of us. You can see in the first pic she looks happy and then you can see the apprehension in the picture with dad. She did well until she sat down in his lap- then the tears came. She was able to pull it together and stop crying, but by then her face was all red and blotchy. Oh well, maybe next year! The last picture is Kendall helping mom decorate the tree. She really did an excellent job and only broke 1 ornament.
