I hope the readers of this site get tired of seeing the words "first time". That would mean that Mom and Dad did a good job of catching "first time" events on film. Mom did a super job here catching Kendall propping herself off the ground from her stomach....for the first time.

Kendall got a "Sit and Stand" this morning. Her feet don't reach the platform yet, so she got tired of trying and decided to rest her head.

We just got done with bath time. I dare say this is Kendall's favorite time of the day. As soon as she hears the water run, the legs and arms go crazy! She gets this little perma-grin, as demonstrated in the picture above.

This is a pretty consistant picture in the York home. Kendall is getting to big and bad to lay around. She would much rather do big girl things like pretend sit up (someone has to hold her up). It makes her feel big...

1-10-2006 A monumental day in the short life of Kendall. The 1st day of daycare!! Collette (her daycare provider whose name will probably become frequently used on this site) is trying to promote 'tummy time'.

An ordinary picture of a baby in a car seat, right? WRONG! Kendall logged a grueling and rigorous 2,132 miles in one week over Christmas vacation. Ready for the impressive part? She may have cried for all of 15 minutes the ENTIRE trip! You may applaud now.

Kendall never figured out why she got a kiss every time we passed under the green stuff, but she liked it! She may catch on by next year....
